Assessment tools are a form of psychometric assessment designed to measure general intelligence. It is used to measure patient's reasoning skills in interpreting written information and reports, using figures, data and statistics, and understanding & manipulating abstract or logical symbols.

For details on configuration, click the Practice_level_configuration  icon from the left pane to configure the Assessment Tools.

To access assessment tools:

1.In the charting elements ribbon, click the Assessment Tools.
2.Fill in the necessary details in the different forms.
3.Click the icon graph_icon to view a graph for that tool.
4.Click the Save button to record the inputs.
